  • Thakur HARNATH SINGH, Thakur Saheb of Auwa 1706/1724, he succeeded his father at Harji, but was granted the estate of Auwa in 1708, when Champawat Thakur Udai Bhan of Auwa, opposed Maharaja Ajit Singh of Marwar; married six wives, including, Thakurani Vijai Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Indrabhan Bhimsinhot of Lawera, married (b), Thakurani Heer Kanwar of Shahpura family, married (c), Thakurani Panne Kanwar, daughter of Solanki Thakur Sangram Singh of Roopnagar, and had issue, two sons and three daughters. He was killed in 1724 by Maharaja Jai Singh of Jaipur at Delhi. This was followed by the murder of Maharaja Ajit Singh of Jodhpur two days later.

He died  in the battle of Merta.

  • Thakur SHIV SINGH, Thakur Saheb of Auwa 1774/1790, he fled to Mewar after the murder of his father and was placed in command of Kumbhalgarh fort. When Madhavrao Scindia attacked Marwar, Maharaja Vijay Singh of Marwar, invited him to help Jodhpur against the Maratha forces. He returned with his army and was seriously wounded in the battle of Merta. He died o f his wounds soon afterwards, and Maharaja Abhai Vijai Singh returned the estate of Auwa to his family; married 1stly, Thakurani Ratan Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Kishan Singh Harisinghot of Khejarla, married 2ndly, Thakurani Anand Kanwar, daughter of Chundawat Thakur Rod Singh of Sarola, married 3rdly, Thakurani Chand Kanwar, daughter of Bhati Thakur Tej Singh of Hingola. He died of his wounds received in the battle of Merta in 1790.
